In the beginning....

The business started in 2004 as a 1 man operation working from home and selling a variety of bathroom, kitchen and electrical products. The business proved to be very successful and has had massive growth since. AstiVita now has a 4,000 square metre warehouse and offices and a staff of 23 and growing.

Staff

AstiVita’s strength is in the industry knowledge that its team brings to the market. The key people in AstiVita have collectively achieved well over 100 years of market knowledge which they pass on to their work colleagues and most importantly, our customer base.

Standards & Testing

AstiVita is a global importer of high quality kitchen, bathroom and laundry products that meet all Australian standards (WELS & Watermark) even if the standard isn’t mandatory. The company policy dictates that AstiVita products are produced to achieve and exceed the suggested product performance levels. Due to the nature of our business of developing, testing and taking products to market we have developed an affiliation with an independent NATA approved testing laboratory. This affiliation enables AstiVita to be confident in achieving a professional and prompt response to enable our product to reach market as soon as possible and most importantly performs to our customers expectations.

Our Customers

We have a total commitment to our customers. Our company policy is that we offer them a quality service and product that they can confidently sell to their customers and make a good commercial margin on the way. We have a sophisticated after sales database that monitors and addresses any service issues efficiently. We sell over 18,000 items per month and our average service calls per month is approximately 0.5% of items sold. This is an excellent record that we are proud of and is justification of the stringent product development process’s we have in place.
