Solar Hot water is energy efficient and better for the environment but you still want a hot shower in the morning. Our units are designed to be efficient but effective, unobtrusive and easy to install, but most of all deliver you piping hot water at any time day or night.

Our system receives from the government 39 renewable energy credits (REC’s) points, which is the highest in the market at this stage. This means that not only does our unit use less energy and wastes less water it gets a bigger rebate from the government.

We use a split system so as the inconspicuous panel on the north facing roof does not spoil the appeal of the exterior of your home.
The system is a heat exchanger with electric booster which means that the water going through the panels is NOT the water that comes out of tap.

The heated water from the panels goes into the tank and the heat is transferred to the mains water inside a copper coil running through the tank.
As you use the water the on board computer monitors the water temperature and if it senses a drop in temperature it pumps more water to the panels for heating.

If the power of the sun is not sufficient at that time (eg overcast day) the computer switches to the electrical booster to keep the temperature at the optimal level.

This means you are saving money, helping the environment and still enjoying the comfort of hot water.
